Desktop and device management
suXus inventories device types, ownership, user groups, applications and existing management tools. This determines which devices fall within endpoint management and how enrolment, naming, access and support are configured.
Configuration and compliance policies
Configuration profiles and compliance policies govern security settings, encryption, device status and integration with Conditional Access. Policies are first validated with a limited pilot group. Conflicts, exceptions and recovery steps are documented before wider deployment.
Application management and controlled deployment
Applications are assigned to appropriate user or device groups. Installation requirements, dependencies, updates and removal are assessed in advance. Phased deployment reduces the risk of an error affecting all desktops immediately.
Updates and Windows desktops
For Windows desktops, suXus configures appropriate update groups, maintenance windows and error follow-up. Policy status is monitored and exceptions are made visible. Intune does not automatically assume responsibility for application compatibility, user acceptance or equipment outside the agreed management boundary.
Reporting and handover
After implementation, reporting covers enrolment, compliance, failed configurations, application deployment, updates and outstanding exceptions. Documentation explains which policy objects are active, who manages them and how changes are controlled.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are defined for device enrolment, policy approval, exception assessment, application availability, update follow-up and support. The organisation retains ownership of business policies and risk decisions; suXus performs only the agreed configuration and management tasks.

Frequently asked questions
Does Intune replace every traditional management tool?
Not always. The appropriate combination depends on devices, applications, existing infrastructure and management requirements.
Can suXus bring existing Windows desktops under management?
Yes. Ownership, current configuration, applications, updates, security status and exceptions are assessed first, followed by controlled enrolment and deployment.
