Our migration method
suXus combines technology, user acceptance, communication and fallback arrangements in one verifiable migration plan. Each phase has acceptance criteria and an owner agreed in advance.
Our approach
Baseline assessment
Current RDS, VDI or desktop environment, user groups, applications, peak loads and incidents.
Suitability
Technical and licensing constraints, peripherals, latency and dependencies.
Target design
Host pools, images, profiles, storage, access, monitoring and management.
Pilot
Representative users and applications, with acceptance criteria established in advance.
Phased transition
Migrate user groups with communication, support and fallback arrangements.
Aftercare
Resolve findings, measure performance, complete documentation and hand over management.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
The customer provides application owners and test users, current licensing and supplier information, access to relevant environments, and decisions on risks and exceptions. suXus coordinates technical delivery and explicitly identifies obstacles and decisions.
Outcomes
Outcomes
A validated AVD environment, migration and fallback plan, test report, management documentation, list of outstanding items and overview of responsibilities. Success is assessed against agreed criteria, including sign-in, application use, profile behaviour and support after transition.

Frequently asked questions
Does everyone need to migrate at once?
No. A phased transition limits risk and allows lessons from the first group to be applied.
Can old and new environments coexist temporarily?
Often, yes. Feasibility and costs depend on applications, data and identities.
