Capacity, networking and firewall, operating system, updates, monitoring, backup and recovery are agreed for each service. VPS services do not automatically share the same protection or service level.
For relevant VPS, backup and continuity services, suXus uses professional Iron Mountain data centre facilities in the Netherlands.

Outcomes
A documented VPS configuration, management boundary, contact and escalation procedure, recovery decisions and current capacity information. Dedicated servers and colocation are not offered.
